Description

This Eau de Vie has a deep amber color due to its barrel ageing. Exhaling aromas of fresh grapes, hazelnuts and candied fruits, this eau de vie also reveals notes of subtle caramel and vanilla.

The attack on the palate is powerful and harmonious. Aromas of hazelnut and caramel are confirmed.

This marc can be enjoyed as a long drink, blended with an iced bitter, with a meal in the form of a sorbet or, of course, on its own, at the end of an evening, when conversations are calming down, glances are becoming complicit and friendships are forming.

Encépagement

To select the finest marcs, those from our old Grenache vines seem to be the most suitable. These vines are harvested by hand at the end of the season, when they are perfectly ripe.
Terroir

This Eau-de-Vie is the reflection of an environmentally-friendly viticulture favoring biodiversity. This approach, initiated in 2018 has been confirmed by the award of HVE certification.
Vinification

This "Eau-de-vie" has been aged in a single 228L French Burgundy oak barrel
